Welcome to first grade!

 

My Mission: We do our best to model the love of Jesus for us and to each other. This is at the heart of our classroom rules: Respect Others, Respect Our Things and Respect Ourselves.

     Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology 1999, College of Notre Dame

     CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential 2001, Notre Dame de Namur University

     Master’s of Arts in Teaching, emphasis in Music 2005, Notre Dame de Namur University

     Colloquy Program 2013, Concordia University, Irvine

 

Experience: I am currently in my 18th year of teaching with the last 15 being at Redeemer. I have 16 years of experience teaching first grade and one teaching third grade. 

 

Hobbies:  I love spending time with my family. We can be found anywhere from the pool to the soccer field, library or ice rink.  I also enjoy baking, sewing and crafting.

 

Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'  All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
